Ingredients for Noodles and Sauce
1 lbs. Spaghetti
¾ cup sherry
¾ cup chicken broth
½ cup chunky peanut butter
1/3 cup soy sauce
3 tbsp brown sugar
2 tbsp chili garlic sauce
1 tbsp Toasted Sesame Oil
2 tbsp Garlic Infused Olive Oil
1 tbsp Ginger Fused Olive Oil
¾ cup red pepper, minced
4 tbsp garlic, minced
1/3 cup fresh ginger, minced
900 grams Ground Turkey
Garnish: crushed peanuts, green onions, ginger fused olive oil
Directions:
- Whisk sherry, broth, peanut butter, soy sauce, sugar, chili garlic sauce and sesame oil together in a bowl, set aside.
- Stir fry pepper, ginger, and garlic in garlic infused olive oil in large skillet over medium-high heat, 60 seconds
- Add turkey, reduce heat to medium, cook, breaking up turkey into small pieces, fully brown.
- Stir in prepared peanut sauce into cooked turkey, simmer until sauce thickens, 4 to 5 minutes
- While sauce simmers, cook spaghetti in large pot of boiling water until al dente
- Serve the meat sauce over cooked noodles, garnish with crushed peanuts and sliced green onions, drizzled with ginger fused olive oil.
Serves 6, with leftovers!
