PRODUCT DESCRIPTION: Our Bianco White Balsamic is made in Italy from the finest grapes, which must be combined with vinegar, fermented, and aged in wooden casks. Our White Balsamic is a sweet-tart, golden vinegar with floral aromas, complex flavour, and a balanced acidity softened by exposure to oak, resulting in a crisp, tart vinegar with a lingering hint of sweetness. Balanced and versatile, it pairs well with any EVOO or Infused Olive Oil.

IDEAS:
- Combine with any of our citrus olive oils and Dijon mustard to make a great dressing for a wedge salad topped with Gorgonzola or Stilton.
- Combine with Garlic olive oil and drizzle over green beans or your favourite legumes.
- Reduce to make a glaze for roasted cipollini onions or carrots.
- Combine with fresh rhubarb, ginger and mint then simmer for a few minutes to make a delicious syrup for fruit salads, sparkling water and cocktails.
