ARBOSANA EVOO (Chile)

Medium Intensity - Buttery, creamy and still green, this arbosana boasts strong notes of artichoke, ripe sweet almond and fresh garden lettuce. It’s viscous and rich in the mouth, without being overwhelming, with hints of fresh herbs, fennel, star anise, thyme, citrus peel, green tea, and green peppercorn; it’s hardly bitter, with a lovely mild lingering pungency reminiscent of baking spices. It's incredibly harmonious and balanced. Perfect for summer salads that include fresh fruit, drizzling over soft cheese like burrata and sliced peaches, vanilla ice cream or chocolate mousse.
