Mild Intensity - This Arbequina, along with our Family Reserve (Picual), and the Frantoio are from the Aguilar family mill in Spain. It has a huge flora aroma, like smelling a big mixed bouquet of flowers and tropical fruit. It has that classic ripe, round fruitiness that tastes like butter, ripe apples, and dried almonds (nutty). It is also quite green and pungent with characteristics of artichoke, green apple, spicy herbs, and black pepper. It is very complex, well balanced, and of course VERY fresh. Crush Date: October 2018
