Medium Intensity - This is a very nice Arbequina with many of the typical mellow flavours of the variety, but due to its early harvest of greener fruit, it is also quite spicy with notable bitterness and pungency. It is very fresh tasting with a good balance and high complexity due to having both ripe and green flavour characteristics. It is nutty, buttery, floral, and herbal with hints of cooked artichoke, green apple, and green almond. Crush Date: October 2017
